Prices are in USD. The displayed product price is the total charged by HIGHMDB, including any taxes we must collect. There are no delivery fees. Your payment provider may charge currency-conversion fees.

Beat license

A paid purchase grants the named buyer a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the purchased instrumental in one new song, including commercial audio releases, streaming, music videos and live performances. There is no numerical stream or download cap. The producer retains ownership of the instrumental and may license it to other artists. The buyer retains their original lyrics and vocal recordings; the instrumental itself is not sold or assigned.

MP3 Lease delivers an MP3. WAV Lease delivers MP3 and WAV. Trackout Lease delivers MP3, WAV and separate stems. These tiers change delivered files, not usage rights. Exclusive rights require a separate written agreement. Credit the producer shown on the product page as “Produced by [producer]”.

Do not resell, share or redistribute the instrumental or stems as standalone files, claim sole ownership of the instrumental, register it in a content-identification system that blocks other licensed users, or sell it as a sample pack. Film, television, advertising and game synchronization require a separate agreement. Any third-party samples requiring additional clearance must be disclosed before sale; do not list a beat for sale until its licensing position is settled.

Pack license

The buyer may use purchased sounds in original musical works, including commercial releases, without a further per-use royalty to HIGHMDB. The buyer may not redistribute the source files, sell competing sound libraries, or claim exclusive ownership of the individual sounds. Product-specific exceptions must be stated before purchase.

Purchase, delivery and support

Prices are shown in USD. The final amount and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Downloads become available in the buyer's authenticated library after payment confirmation. The license and seller information agreed at purchase are saved with the order. The buyer must provide a valid email address and contact support if a file is missing, incorrect or damaged.

The buyer separately requests immediate digital delivery and acknowledges loss of the statutory withdrawal right once delivery begins, where applicable. This does not remove mandatory rights concerning defective content, incorrect delivery or other statutory remedies. Contact the seller for failed delivery, duplicate charges or other order problems; no blanket “no refunds” exclusion applies.

Delivery and order confirmation

Choose a license, sign in with your verified email and review the total before paying through Stripe. Payment creates a binding purchase when confirmed. Your files and the agreement saved for your order become available in your library after payment confirmation. You can download your order terms and digital-delivery acknowledgement there. Stripe provides a payment receipt and invoice for successful purchases.

File compatibility

MP3 and WAV are standard audio files that require a compatible audio player or music-production application. Trackouts and packs are ZIP archives and require archive extraction and compatible music software. You receive the file formats shown for your selected product and license.

Questions, defects and withdrawal

Contact blytner@gmail.com with your order reference if a file is missing, incorrect or defective, or if you want to exercise a statutory right. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Mandatory rights are not excluded by these terms. For digital content delivered immediately, loss of the statutory withdrawal right requires your express request for immediate delivery and acknowledgement before payment; those choices are recorded with your order. Other statutory rights, including rights concerning defective content, remain available.
